All services and artworks provided through Learn Your Art are conducted within a secure virtual environment. Due to the nature of digital exhibitions, personalized consultations, and virtual transactions, refunds and returns are managed with clear, transparent guidelines that protect both clients and artists.
Refunds may be considered if a verified technical issue prevents access to a purchased digital artwork, virtual exhibition, or art education session. Requests must be submitted within seven (7) business days of the transaction date, including relevant order information and supporting documentation.
For physical artworks purchased through the platform’s affiliated partners, returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or does not match the authenticated digital description. Such requests must be made within four (4) business days of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence. In these cases, Learn Your Art will coordinate inspection and replacement or issue a refund after confirmation.
Digital content — including courses, consultations, or downloadable material — cannot be refunded once accessed or viewed. However, alternative access options, credits, or session rescheduling can be arranged for unresolved technical disruptions.
